This is a good local fish and chip shop right on the seafront. The fish was battered fresh to order as well as the chips, when served everything was extremely fresh and delicious, and of clear high quality. Pricing was very good and staff here were very friendly. Would definitely come back here if I am in the area.

The best chippy! The food’s always spot on - perfect chips, and portions big enough to keep us quiet (for a bit, anyway). We turn up every Thursday on our mobility scooters like a proper biker gang - four or five of us rolling in for our weekly chip fix. The staff always greet us with a smile and don’t even flinch when we park up like it’s scooter city outside. Great food and brilliant service

Friendly and efficient young man took our takeaway order. Had fresh and hot cod and chips under the eagle eye supervision of several seagulls by the beach. Kids had sausage/nuggets and chips. Perfect ending to a lovely day at the seaside and losing all our 2p's at the amusement arcades.

Went there for lunch to have fish and chips. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were tended too fairly quickly after sitting down. We ordered two fish and chips, with bread and butter for two. Food was cooked and was served steaming hot. Waiting time was what I'd describe as very reasonable for freshly cooked fish and chips. Table side condeiments were available as one would expect sitting down for food. Would happily come again. We paid by contactless payment with no issues.

Quite possibly the best fish and chips in Hastings. Crispy batter on a lovely fish fillet with skin. Nicely cooked chips, really helpful staff. Plus reasonable prices for fishy tea. Enjoyed a sit in meal with the family - being born and bred in Hastings we’ve tried them all. But is my current top favourite fish bar. Kudos to the really accommodating and pleasant staff who help make the experience even more delightful

I can see why this place has earned its name! The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and full of flavour, with generous portions that left us properly full. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and size. A special mention goes to the young lad serving us – friendly, attentive and a real asset to the team. Highly recommended.

Great experience. My cod and chips were hot and fresh. It was reasonably priced at just over £11. The lady serving on the evening of Friday 20th June gave impeccable service, and told me some local tips.
